Finding Team Members

There aren't many chess events in the US where you get to play on a team (especially for adults).  The camaraderie of playing on a team is truly what makes this event special. 

While fielding a team comes about naturally for some players (playing with club mates, family members, teachers or students, etc), sometimes people may need a little help.  For example, maybe you need someone at just that exact rating to keep your average rating in line, or you just need one more player, or even if you are wanting to play on a team so you can play on a specific board.
